RegistrationAll of our registration is handled through CALS Outreach Services. Advanced registration is required. Enrollment is limited. To ensure enrollment, payment is required with registration. CALS Outreach Services We recommend that you register at least two weeks prior to the course offering. Please phone ahead if you are registering for a class that occurs the next week in order for us to best assure adequate seating and materials. You can register one of three ways: Register OnlineWe offer secure online registrations at http://www.pware.com/index.cfm?clientid=2723. In the upcoming events select "Spatial Information and Analysis Consortium GIS Workshops". Please note that this will take you in a new window to a secure site managed by CALS Outreach Services. Discounts may not apply to courses taught by SIAC partners other than LICGF. We offer specialized training for UW-Madison Students, Faculty and Staff. FeesFees include course training materials, selected technical articles and class handouts. Lodging and meals are not included. Break refreshments are provided. Registrants receive a certificate of completion. ***Important! Please Read***ParkingUnfortunately, we are not able to provide parking permits directly to workshop participants. Parking permits are available for the ramps in the area from UW-Madison Transportation Services ((608) 263-6667). Full day permits are $8.00. You will need to obtain a permit for Lot #36 before you park in the ramp. Transportation Services-Main Office To get to Transportation Services: The WARF Office Building is located on the southwest corner of Walnut and Observatory.

Our suggestion is to leave yourself an extra 15 minutes before the first day of the training and pick up permits for all of the days of training. You can also call Transportation Services at least two weeks prior to the training and have it mailed to you. However, parking permits are non-refundable. Madison Metro Bus RoutesYou may also choose to take a bus to our location. Bus route 80 is free at all times and runs approximately every 15-20 minutes around campus. The bus routes that stop at our location are: 11, 28, 38, 53, 80. Route, schedule, fare and ticket information can be found at: http://www.ci.madison.wi.us/metro/. You can plan your trip at: http://trip.cityofmadison.com/. Cancellation PolicyIf you are unable to attend, please notify us immediately. Your prompt notification may make it possible for another person to register. We will refund the full prepaid fee minus $50 if we receive notice of cancellation five working days prior to the course.
