Introduction to the ESRI Personal Geodatabase

Course Fee: $650

This 2-day course is an introduction to the personal geodatabase as presented in the ESRI ArcGIS suite of software. It introduces participants to the basics of how to create, edit and manage the personal geodatabase, as well as a brief introduction into geodatabase functionality. At the end of the course, participants will be able to create a geodatabase, import and export data, establish a spatial reference and edit data in the geodatabase. Participants will also have a starting point for learning the more advanced functionality of the geodatabase. Users of enterprise geodatabase may find this course useful because the behavior of the personal geodatabase and enterprise geodatabase are similar.
