This coverage was clipped to the Whitestown, Stark and Forest
township boundaries from the "CENTRLI" coverage provided
with the digital orthophotos (see section III). Attributes were
attached to the existing lines based on information available
in the Wisconsin Gazeteer. This data layer covers a larger area
than the "ROADS" coverage.
