This coverage was clipped from the DNR Land Net data set (available at LICGF). This coverage is a more comprehensive version of the "SECTIONS" data layer which was also derived from the DNR LNTNT100. This layer represents a Land Net based on the Public Land Survey System (PLSS) in Wisconsin. The layer consists of network coverages at 1:100,000 scale identifying PLSS sections. It also includes node point attributes containing information about section corners. More information on this coverage is available in the "GIS database user's guide" put out by the DNR.
